We collect account information (email, profile data), usage analytics, uploaded imaging studies, reports, and payment confirmations from Paystack.

How Information Is Used

We use information strictly to operate the RadRelay platform, enable clinical workflows, issue payments, generate reports, and provide support.

Data Storage

All data is stored securely with Supabase (Postgres + Storage). Access is strictly role-based.

Third-Party Providers

• Supabase – authentication, storage, database
• Paystack – payments processing
• Vercel – hosting

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Administrative access is restricted to authorized personnel.

Your Rights

You may request correction or deletion of your account by contacting our support team.
